NURSERY MANAGER
Zeeshan
Zeeshan leads the NexGen Stars team with over 15 years of experience in early years education. He holds a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Under Zeeshan’s leadership, NexGen Stars has become a setting that families trust and children love coming to every day. She personally oversees all aspects of the nursery’s operations, curriculum, and safeguarding.
DEPUTY MANAGER
Sarah
James brings a calm, steady presence to the nursery and supports Sarah in the day-to-day running of the setting. He holds a Level 3 in Childcare and is our designated safeguarding lead, ensuring every child’s welfare is protected at all times.
James is known for his natural rapport with both children and parents. He leads by example, mentors junior staff, and plays a key role in maintaining the welcoming, family-first culture at NexGen Stars.
